Narrative:

I was working mco's departure radar east position. At this position I own surface to 8000 ft. The arrival controller owns 9000-12000 ft in this same area. I was working air carrier X climbing to 8000 ft. During this period of time I also was manually coordinating an overflt with ZJX. My attention for a few seconds was on the manual handoff. All of a sudden asked 'who is this aircraft off my nose' or something to that effect. I quickly read out the aircraft which at that point was already past but in my airspace. I quickly questioned the other controller and it was indicated to me that visual separation was applied. I told air carrier X that the other aircraft had him in sight and had been maintaining visual separation and I could not call traffic before because I had been on the landline with jacksonville. The other aircraft involved was air carrier Y into mco. The problem was air carrier Y had descended into my airspace without coordination. I do not know for sure if it was the pilot's error or the other controller's error. I had fulfilled all my responsibilities and at this time only know that visual separation was applied by air carrier Y.

Title: ACR Y UNCOORD UNAUTH PENETRATION OF AIRSPACE. HAD LTSS FROM ACR X. SYS ERROR.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING MCO'S DEP RADAR E POS. AT THIS POS I OWN SURFACE TO 8000 FT. THE ARR CTLR OWNS 9000-12000 FT IN THIS SAME AREA. I WAS WORKING ACR X CLBING TO 8000 FT. DURING THIS PERIOD OF TIME I ALSO WAS MANUALLY COORDINATING AN OVERFLT WITH ZJX. MY ATTN FOR A FEW SECONDS WAS ON THE MANUAL HDOF. ALL OF A SUDDEN ASKED 'WHO IS THIS ACFT OFF MY NOSE' OR SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT. I QUICKLY READ OUT THE ACFT WHICH AT THAT POINT WAS ALREADY PAST BUT IN MY AIRSPACE. I QUICKLY QUESTIONED THE OTHER CTLR AND IT WAS INDICATED TO ME THAT VISUAL SEPARATION WAS APPLIED. I TOLD ACR X THAT THE OTHER ACFT HAD HIM IN SIGHT AND HAD BEEN MAINTAINING VISUAL SEPARATION AND I COULD NOT CALL TFC BEFORE BECAUSE I HAD BEEN ON THE LANDLINE WITH JACKSONVILLE. THE OTHER ACFT INVOLVED WAS ACR Y INTO MCO. THE PROB WAS ACR Y HAD DSNDED INTO MY AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD. I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE IF IT WAS THE PLT'S ERROR OR THE OTHER CTLR'S ERROR. I HAD FULFILLED ALL MY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AT THIS TIME ONLY KNOW THAT VISUAL SEPARATION WAS APPLIED BY ACR Y.
