Narrative:

During a flight in a 19XY biplane (for hire) on a ny sky- ride, I began circling the intrepid aircraft carrier which is docked as a museum along the hudson river. Then I proceeded across the river and continued sbound to return to base 2n8. A helicopter flew along the side of my aircraft. Later, I discovered he wanted my tail number to report me to lga tower for violating the TCA. I maintained my aircraft over the water, staying outside the TCA. Lga tower phoned me 2n8 and asked me to return the call. When I returned from my flight, I called the tower and the tower supervisor informed me that I was witnessed violating the TCA by 2 helicopter pilots. She then informed me that a report was already filed. I am maintaining my innocence because I stayed over the water and did not violate the TCA.

Title: SMA BIPLANE OBSERVED BY ROTARY WING TFC TO ENTER THE NY TCA DURING A SKYTOUR RIDE.

Narrative: DURING A FLT IN A 19XY BIPLANE (FOR HIRE) ON A NY SKY- RIDE, I BEGAN CIRCLING THE INTREPID ACFT CARRIER WHICH IS DOCKED AS A MUSEUM ALONG THE HUDSON RIVER. THEN I PROCEEDED ACROSS THE RIVER AND CONTINUED SBOUND TO RETURN TO BASE 2N8. A HELI FLEW ALONG THE SIDE OF MY ACFT. LATER, I DISCOVERED HE WANTED MY TAIL NUMBER TO RPT ME TO LGA TWR FOR VIOLATING THE TCA. I MAINTAINED MY ACFT OVER THE WATER, STAYING OUTSIDE THE TCA. LGA TWR PHONED ME 2N8 AND ASKED ME TO RETURN THE CALL. WHEN I RETURNED FROM MY FLT, I CALLED THE TWR AND THE TWR SUPVR INFORMED ME THAT I WAS WITNESSED VIOLATING THE TCA BY 2 HELI PLTS. SHE THEN INFORMED ME THAT A RPT WAS ALREADY FILED. I AM MAINTAINING MY INNOCENCE BECAUSE I STAYED OVER THE WATER AND DID NOT VIOLATE THE TCA.
