Narrative:

We flew the aircraft small transport from arrival to mkc. There was a ramp inspection by the FAA. The weight and balance form was filled out wrong and we corrected it. There was no aircraft status sheet on the aircraft. There were some taped-on n-numbers until the new n-number was approved by the FAA. Some of our maps and revisions were in question. The aircraft, on the certificate, which had just been approved apr/xx/93 and a check ride done, was in question. There were no revision pages in the aircraft company manual.
