Narrative:

During ramp check it was found the spinners (propeller) had been welded, also the propeller spinner bulkhead had been repaired by helicopter arc welding. According to the form 8620-1 that I received by mail apr/sat/96, the aircraft had been grounded until corrective action taken. I have an aerospace welding shop approved by NASA and is additional fortune 500 companies and the small 1/2 inch cracks were certainly welded and dressed to aircraft standards, however. The aircraft, a PA30, has been grounded until new lopristy cowels and spinners arrive.
