Narrative:

The FAA management at rdu TRACON refuses to move a STAR to avoid parachute jumping over franklin county airport. This is an ongoing problem and will result in a terrible tragedy some day. All they have to do is move the STAR. They continue to allow these aircraft to climb through the steady stream of traffic on the STAR and then they try to jump through it too. This isn't my first NASA report on this and hopefully someone can do something before it's too late. Small transport, a parachute jumping aircraft, climbs through a stream of traffic inbound to rdu. Then they try to parachute through them too.
