Narrative:
While on arrival to dfw at 11000 ft, received 2 separate TCASII climbs for departing traffic from dfw climbing to 10000 ft. TCASII should be able to tell armed altitude in flight guidance and only issue 'reduce climb/descent rate.'

Narrative: WHILE ON ARR TO DFW AT 11000 FT, RECEIVED 2 SEPARATE TCASII CLBS FOR DEPARTING TFC FROM DFW CLBING TO 10000 FT. TCASII SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL ARMED ALT IN FLT GUIDANCE AND ONLY ISSUE 'REDUCE CLB/DSCNT RATE.'
