Narrative:

I was captain on air carrier airlines flight on apr/xx/93. While level at FL280 our TCASII displayed an RA to climb immediately. The RA included: a TCASII display of a red box target 800 ft below us and closing, vvi red dots to climb at 1500 FPM, aural instruction: 'climb, climb, climb.' a climb was initiated and ATC was notified of the situation. ATC relayed to us that an fgt was below us at FL270. We were instructed by ATC to continue the climb to FL310. No other traffic conflict was observed.

Narrative: I WAS CAPT ON ACR AIRLINES FLT ON APR/XX/93. WHILE LEVEL AT FL280 OUR TCASII DISPLAYED AN RA TO CLB IMMEDIATELY.
