Narrative:

En route to new orleans lakefront airport, ATC clears us direct baton rouge VORTAC...awdad 4 arrival (knew). After consulting the current lakefront and moisant charts, no arrival or departure procedures were discovered for either airport. (It should be noted that we make use of commercial company q-svc which provides complete turnover of charts and plates on a continuous basis.) we asked ATC to describe the procedure, but responded instead with clearance to 'knew' direct after baton rouge. Flight continued without conflict or mishap. Commercial company will be notified of missing charts.
