Narrative:
While maintaining an altitude above the phx TCA (10500 ft) I contacted phx approach on 128.65 and reported 45 mi southwest landing at glendale airport. I was instructed to contact phx approach on 124.1. Contact with this controller was made and I reported 40 southwest landing at glendale. This controller instructed me to contact luke approach on 120.5. Contact was made with luke approach and I received a transponder code. Luke approach instructed me to expedite descent to 5500 ft. It's during this descent and the fact that I wasn't talking to phx, and did not hear the magic words 'cleared into the TCA' that I feel it is possible to have entered the TCA without an official clearance. Although nothing occurred during radio xmissions to indicate I had, this descent from 10500 was uncomfortable to me. Was the clearance from luke to descend a clearance into the TCA?

Title: PLT OF SMT ATX ACFT INADVERTENTLY PENETRATED A TCA DURING DSCNT TO A NEARBY ARPT.
Narrative: WHILE MAINTAINING AN ALT ABOVE THE PHX TCA (10500 FT) I CONTACTED PHX APCH ON 128.65 AND RPTED 45 MI SW LNDG AT GLENDALE ARPT. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT PHX APCH ON 124.1. CONTACT WITH THIS CTLR WAS MADE AND I RPTED 40 SW LNDG AT GLENDALE. THIS CTLR INSTRUCTED ME TO CONTACT LUKE APCH ON 120.5. CONTACT WAS MADE WITH LUKE APCH AND I RECEIVED A XPONDER CODE. LUKE APCH INSTRUCTED ME TO EXPEDITE DSCNT TO 5500 FT. IT'S DURING THIS DSCNT AND THE FACT THAT I WASN'T TALKING TO PHX, AND DID NOT HEAR THE MAGIC WORDS 'CLRED INTO THE TCA' THAT I FEEL IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE ENTERED THE TCA WITHOUT AN OFFICIAL CLRNC. ALTHOUGH NOTHING OCCURRED DURING RADIO XMISSIONS TO INDICATE I HAD, THIS DSCNT FROM 10500 WAS UNCOMFORTABLE TO ME. WAS THE CLRNC FROM LUKE TO DSND A CLRNC INTO THE TCA?
