Air carrier X on 3 mi final for runway 8R. Air carrier Y on 3 mi final for runway 8L. Air carrier X knew about the air carrier Y prior to switching to tower (visual separation) traffic was reissued by local controller 2 but air carrier X went around because of the TCASII information.
