Narrative:
While flying an small aircraft float aircraft on southwest heading, did not see a VFR twin heading northbound at same altitude. I believe strut blocked view. I imagine he didn't see me either since the evasive action was taken close in. Other aircraft banked to right. I started right bank, but at that time didn't make difference. WX slightly hazy.

Narrative: WHILE FLYING AN SMA FLOAT ACFT ON SW HDG, DID NOT SEE A VFR TWIN HDG NBOUND AT SAME ALT. I BELIEVE STRUT BLOCKED VIEW. I IMAGINE HE DIDN'T SEE ME EITHER SINCE THE EVASIVE ACTION WAS TAKEN CLOSE IN. OTHER ACFT BANKED TO R. I STARTED R BANK, BUT AT THAT TIME DIDN'T MAKE DIFFERENCE. WX SLIGHTLY HAZY.
