Narrative:

After landing on 36L at dfw, tower instructed us to turn right on taxiway 18 and contact ground on the bridge. I turned right on taxiway 19 by mistake and before reaching the bridge realized my error but could not turn around. Another aircraft was wbound on the same taxiway and also could not turn around. Company sent tug to turn us around. This problem occurred because I failed to xchk the taxiway sign with what I thought was correct. Pilot error.
