Narrative:
Approximately 100 NM south of cae, B hydraulic system quantity started decreasing. B pumps were turned off and quantity stopped decreasing. Dispatcher was notified and flight was continued to pit. Pit approach control was notified that a 15 NM final was needed and the rescue equipment. After flaps were extended to 15, B hydraulic system failed. Loss of B hydraulic system checklist was completed and a 15 flaps landing. After clearing runway, rescue equipment was released and taxied to gate.

Title: FLC OF ACR MLG ACFT LOST THE HYD SYS TO THEIR WING FLAP/SLATS RESULTING IN A HIGHER THAN NORMAL LNDG SPD WITH EMER GND EQUIP STANDING BY.
Narrative: APPROX 100 NM S OF CAE, B HYD SYS QUANTITY STARTED DECREASING. B PUMPS WERE TURNED OFF AND QUANTITY STOPPED DECREASING. DISPATCHER WAS NOTIFIED AND FLT WAS CONTINUED TO PIT. PIT APCH CTL WAS NOTIFIED THAT A 15 NM FINAL WAS NEEDED AND THE RESCUE EQUIP. AFTER FLAPS WERE EXTENDED TO 15, B HYD SYS FAILED. LOSS OF B HYD SYS CHKLIST WAS COMPLETED AND A 15 FLAPS LNDG. AFTER CLRING RWY, RESCUE EQUIP WAS RELEASED AND TAXIED TO GATE.
