Narrative:
Taxiing out of reno. Cleared to taxi via taxiway 'H' to 'B' for runway 16R. Just as we started our turn onto 'B' taxiway I abruptly stopped the aircraft. An small aircraft landed approximately 1000 ft from our position on taxiway 'B' and passed within approximately 15 ft on his landing roll.

Title: FLC OF ACR MLG ACFT STOPPED TAXI FOR TKOF ABRUPTLY DUE TO AN SMA ACFT OBSERVED LANDED ON THE TXWY AND WAS ROLLING OUT BY THE NOSE OF THEIR ACFT ON THE TXWY.
Narrative: TAXIING OUT OF RENO. CLRED TO TAXI VIA TXWY 'H' TO 'B' FOR RWY 16R. JUST AS WE STARTED OUR TURN ONTO 'B' TXWY I ABRUPTLY STOPPED THE ACFT. AN SMA LANDED APPROX 1000 FT FROM OUR POS ON TXWY 'B' AND PASSED WITHIN APPROX 15 FT ON HIS LNDG ROLL.
