Narrative:

My flight was at FL370, 50 mi west of mgm when the right engine oil filter caution light began to blink on and off. It came on steady and went out when I retarded the throttle. After a few seconds it came on steady and would not go out. I shut the right engine down as per the abnormal and emergency checklist. We declared an emergency and landed at mgm. We needed no assistance and the landing was uneventful.
