Narrative:

Bmb X was a flight of 2 eastbound at FL310 B330. The flight was being monitored as potential traffic with air carrier Y swbound at FL310 and an air carrier northbound at FL330. I then became aware of air carrier Z nwbound at FL310. I turned bmb X to heading 160 degrees to miss air carrier Z, but turn created confliction with air carrier Y. Additional turns were inadequate for separation. Air carrier Z had been pointed out to the radar associate controller, who failed to inform radar controller of his action.
