Narrative:

When retracting landing gear we got a disagreement light -- we recycled gear several times, no change. Called company maintenance to report -- they asked us to leave gear down and continue to cvg. We did. There was no emergency and no action other than slower than normal (below 200 KTS) cruise speed. Landing was without incident.
