Narrative:

ATIS advised ILS 11L -- circle to land 21. We looked at chart, southwest 11R was 9200 plus and asked for visual to 11R. Failed to check operations manual or perform manual to see if 11R was authorized for our use. Landed without incident -- but at gate agent told us we were not authorized 11R. Runway is 9200 plus but only 75 ft wide. Our carrier requires 150 ft width.
