Narrative:

On 9/wed/92, I was given an initial transoceanic operating experience on an airlines flight lax-fra and on flight from fra to eur on wed of 10/92. Due to a miscom between myself and the line check airman I left ewr for a flight to slc as a deadhead crew member. On 10/wed/92 I flew a 4 day trip starting with flight slc-lax. On my arrival slc on the date I received a letter from captain (line check airman) dated 10/92 that I had not passed my line check with him and I would be rescheduled. Regrettably because of our communication problem the series of flts operated in oct were probably done with an expired line check.
