Narrative:

Aircraft departed from a city in the northern route structure of the system. Aircraft loaded within weight pod center of gravity limits, and without incident the aircraft was flown to msp international airport. When aircraft was parked on the ramp, the crew requested to have the rear tail stand put on before aircraft was unloaded. Before the tail stand was put in place the passengers were told by ramp personnel to deplane. As they did, and as half the passenger were off the aircraft, the aircraft sat down on it's tail, causing structural damage to the aircraft's rear fuselage. There was no injury to passenger or employees. Supplemental information from acn 222140. Ramp personnel was unable to open cargo door to gain access to the tail stand, they then chose to deplane the passenger without the tail stand.

Title: ACR LTT ACFT FELL ON IT'S TAIL DUE TO IMPROPER UNLOADING OF THE PAX CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE ACFT.

Narrative: ACFT DEPARTED FROM A CITY IN THE NORTHERN RTE STRUCTURE OF THE SYS. ACFT LOADED WITHIN WT POD CTR OF GRAVITY LIMITS, AND WITHOUT INCIDENT THE ACFT WAS FLOWN TO MSP INTL ARPT. WHEN ACFT WAS PARKED ON THE RAMP, THE CREW REQUESTED TO HAVE THE REAR TAIL STAND PUT ON BEFORE ACFT WAS UNLOADED. BEFORE THE TAIL STAND WAS PUT IN PLACE THE PAXS WERE TOLD BY RAMP PERSONNEL TO DEPLANE. AS THEY DID, AND AS HALF THE PAX WERE OFF THE ACFT, THE ACFT SAT DOWN ON IT'S TAIL, CAUSING STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO THE ACFT'S REAR FUSELAGE. THERE WAS NO INJURY TO PAX OR EMPLOYEES. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 222140. RAMP PERSONNEL WAS UNABLE TO OPEN CARGO DOOR TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE TAIL STAND, THEY THEN CHOSE TO DEPLANE THE PAX WITHOUT THE TAIL STAND.
