Narrative:

Yellow aircraft exited right traffic runway 12 during my approach from the south. He has no radio. Evasive climb to near stall. When setup (airspeed, altitude) was abeam end of runway. No white 'X' 60 ft width seen. Landed on what turned out to be 5 ft short of unmarked threshold. Lost landing gear, propeller, damaged leading edges. Runway was not marked, threshold beyond runway had an orange 'X' on it, in the clay and soil, which was not visible to me from the air.
