Narrative:

Air carrier aircraft arrived denver with logbook item stating takeoff warning horn sounded in flight and cannot be silenced. Found aircraft in ground mode on arrival. Unable to duplicate. Changed 2 relays R276 and R282 precautionary. Dispatched aircraft. Aircraft again had takeoff warning. All procedures were followed. My suggestion to eliminate this problem is to jack aircraft when false ground shift is a problem. The air carrier maintenance manual does not call this out. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that the problem was the landing gear-up lock adjustment. No further problems have been experienced.
