Narrative:

We were climbing in VFR conditions through 15000 ft for 17500. Had to bank left to miss commuter type aircraft level at 15000 ft, center working commuter on IFR flight plan -- never called us as traffic to other aircraft, as their radar showed us level at 13500, we were climbing at 4000 plus FPM from 10000 to 17500 with no level off. Evasive action by both aircraft prevented midair. Center radar was not able to predict our climb speed and rate, as to show us as an intruder for aircraft level at 15000 when we passed through 13000 at 290 KTS and 4000 FPM climb.

Narrative: WE WERE CLBING IN VFR CONDITIONS THROUGH 15000 FT FOR 17500. HAD TO BANK L TO MISS COMMUTER TYPE ACFT LEVEL AT 15000 FT, CTR WORKING COMMUTER ON IFR FLT PLAN -- NEVER CALLED US AS TFC TO OTHER ACFT, AS THEIR RADAR SHOWED US LEVEL AT 13500, WE WERE CLBING AT 4000 PLUS FPM FROM 10000 TO 17500 WITH NO LEVEL OFF. EVASIVE ACTION BY BOTH ACFT PREVENTED MIDAIR. CTR RADAR WAS NOT ABLE TO PREDICT OUR CLB SPD AND RATE, AS TO SHOW US AS AN INTRUDER FOR ACFT LEVEL AT 15000 WHEN WE PASSED THROUGH 13000 AT 290 KTS AND 4000 FPM CLB.
