Narrative:

Departed from oakland, ca. Intermittent electrical problem with left alternator unable to determine problem. Left dca on 8/sat/92 PM00 hours. Low voltage light on in climb. Both left alternator right alternator lights on. Showing a malfunction on both. Diverted to williamsburg, va. Just at ATC cleared me out of washington TCA. I squawked 1200. Full electrical failure. Electric altimeter drove to 0. Gear cranked down manually. Uneventful landing at williamsburg. If IFR conditions were encountered, the aircraft would have been only marginally ctlable due to altimeter draining itself to 0.
