Narrative:
Air carrier X was nwbound descending to FL290. Cga Y was originally sbound, then was on an approved WX deviation sebound when incident occurred. Cga Y would not have been a factor if I had not approved the deviation. Air carrier X was turned to a 360 heading to avoid further loss of separation.

Title: CGA DEVIATING AROUND WX HAS LTSS WITH AN ACR AT THE SAME ALT.
Narrative: ACR X WAS NWBOUND DSNDING TO FL290. CGA Y WAS ORIGINALLY SBOUND, THEN WAS ON AN APPROVED WX DEV SEBOUND WHEN INCIDENT OCCURRED. CGA Y WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A FACTOR IF I HAD NOT APPROVED THE DEV. ACR X WAS TURNED TO A 360 HDG TO AVOID FURTHER LOSS OF SEPARATION.
