Narrative:

On final approach with normal down and locked gear indications, received a GPWS gear unsafe warning. Went around and had tower check the gear visually. It looked normal and on second landing attempt, after recycling flaps, all indications were normal and an uneventful landing was accomplished.

Title: ACR MLG PIC EXECUTES AN EVASIVE ACTION GAR AFTER RECEIVING A GPWS WARNING ON HIS GEAR.

Narrative: ON FINAL APCH WITH NORMAL DOWN AND LOCKED GEAR INDICATIONS, RECEIVED A GPWS GEAR UNSAFE WARNING. WENT AROUND AND HAD TWR CHK THE GEAR VISUALLY. IT LOOKED NORMAL AND ON SECOND LNDG ATTEMPT, AFTER RECYCLING FLAPS, ALL INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL AND AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
