Narrative:

We taxied off the taxiway to the ramp of local FBO. They directed down a row of aircraft. They had a line person on each of our wingtips. We taxied at a speed of a slow crawl passed several aircraft. Each person motioned us forward where we hit the tail of an small transport. Contributing factors are poorly trained line personnel. Corrective action: never again will I depend on line personnel to determine if I am clear. If in doubt, I will shutdown and have the aircraft towed.
