Narrative:

Landing 4R, ord, VFR conditions. After touchdown perceived abnormal braking and reverse thrust. Maximum braking applied manually with little or no deceleration effect initially. Engine reverse thrust levers would not select beyond idle reverse detent. Finally stopped aircraft on hard surface just a few ft beyond threshold on overrun. No damage to aircraft or facs or injury. Suspect nose gear air/ground disagreement, since that status message annunciated on EICAS lower screen.
