Narrative:

I was asked by airport manager to bring plane for static display and upon arrival to make a couple of low passes and spray out some water. After making my first pass to the west north of the active runway I pulled up and reversed course. While making my second pass to the east still north of the runway an aircraft departed to the west, I pulled up and turned north and he went straight out to the west. I estimate the distance between our aircraft as 50-100 ft vertical and 250 ft horizontally.
