Narrative:

Maiquetia coordination boundary estimate on 'air carrier xxy' without a route of flight. It was later determined that aircraft was actually 'af Y.' this facility had no advance notification of the president's aircraft, or a flight plan, or teletype message. This also happened approximately 6 months prior with the same facility with 'af Z' and president of brazil.

Title: CTLR COMPLAINS ABOUT ADJACENT FAC FORWARDING WRONG CALL SIGN ON ARR ACFT.

Narrative: MAIQUETIA COORD BOUNDARY ESTIMATE ON 'ACR XXY' WITHOUT A RTE OF FLT. IT WAS LATER DETERMINED THAT ACFT WAS ACTUALLY 'AF Y.' THIS FACILITY HAD NO ADVANCE NOTIFICATION OF THE PRESIDENT'S ACFT, OR A FLT PLAN, OR TELETYPE MESSAGE. THIS ALSO HAPPENED APPROX 6 MONTHS PRIOR WITH THE SAME FACILITY WITH 'AF Z' AND PRESIDENT OF BRAZIL.
