Narrative:

I worked bkl sector light/moderate traffic/complexity (just finished a rush). Sbound air carrier X en route yyz-mia over ewc, climbing. I climbed air carrier X to FL310 as temporary altitude, flashed the aircraft to my south high sector fkl looking for higher. I climbed X to FL330 (I thought I saw fkl put in as T altitude.) fkl pointed X out to 67 (verbally told this by fkl-D). I saw 68 had the handoff. I started switching X to 68 frequency saw FL350 in data block as a temporary altitude, I thought I erroneously stopped X at FL330 so I told X to climb to FL350, then changed his frequency to 68 (agc) sector X, then I am told had air carrier Y at FL350 wbound. I thought 59 wanted X to climb to FL350 and is why I climbed him. I also thought sector 59 was the person who put FL350 in as a temporary altitude.

Title: ACR X UNCOORDINATED CLB TO OCCUPIED ALT HAD LTSS FROM ACR Y. SYS ERROR.

Narrative: I WORKED BKL SECTOR LIGHT/MODERATE TFC/COMPLEXITY (JUST FINISHED A RUSH). SBOUND ACR X ENRTE YYZ-MIA OVER EWC, CLBING. I CLBED ACR X TO FL310 AS TEMPORARY ALT, FLASHED THE ACFT TO MY S HIGH SECTOR FKL LOOKING FOR HIGHER. I CLBED X TO FL330 (I THOUGHT I SAW FKL PUT IN AS T ALT.) FKL POINTED X OUT TO 67 (VERBALLY TOLD THIS BY FKL-D). I SAW 68 HAD THE HDOF. I STARTED SWITCHING X TO 68 FREQ SAW FL350 IN DATA BLOCK AS A TEMPORARY ALT, I THOUGHT I ERRONEOUSLY STOPPED X AT FL330 SO I TOLD X TO CLB TO FL350, THEN CHANGED HIS FREQ TO 68 (AGC) SECTOR X, THEN I AM TOLD HAD ACR Y AT FL350 WBOUND. I THOUGHT 59 WANTED X TO CLB TO FL350 AND IS WHY I CLBED HIM. I ALSO THOUGHT SECTOR 59 WAS THE PERSON WHO PUT FL350 IN AS A TEMPORARY ALT.
