Narrative:

Every morning at XX00 EDT air carrier (1), flight abc leaves fll while air carrier (2), flight abc leaves pbi both headed for tpa and then on to dca and bdl respectively. The flcs of both flts have been aware and alert for the obvious probable problems of this situation. In spite of their alertness at least a dozen clrncs to one of the aircraft have been read back or at least questioned by the other. On one occasion the wrong aircraft left it's cruise altitude based on the clearance intended for the other. (No conflict). If the operators cannot prevent this type of situation each ATC center should not accept 2 or more aircraft with the same numbers in the call sign.
