Narrative:

While doing a practice touch and go landing on runway 17 at rbd -- the landing was good but gear was pulled by accident in place of the flaps while cleaning the plane up for takeoff. The plane came into contact with the runway causing damage to the plane. This accident was the result of pilot error.

Title: A PVT SMA PLT RAISED THE LNDG GEAR WHILE ON THE RWY WHEN HE MEANT TO LIFT THE FLAPS.

Narrative: WHILE DOING A PRACTICE TOUCH AND GO LNDG ON RWY 17 AT RBD -- THE LNDG WAS GOOD BUT GEAR WAS PULLED BY ACCIDENT IN PLACE OF THE FLAPS WHILE CLEANING THE PLANE UP FOR TKOF. THE PLANE CAME INTO CONTACT WITH THE RWY CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE PLANE. THIS ACCIDENT WAS THE RESULT OF PLT ERROR.
