Narrative:

On 5/92 I flew one of my employer's aircraft 1.4 hours past the scheduled 100 hour inspection. On 5/92, I was assigned by company dispatch to fly aircraft atx (small aircraft aircraft). Dispatch as well as myself had accidently overlooked the fact that the 100 hour inspection had come due. During the assigned flight dispatch had became aware of the oversight and upon my completion of that flight the aircraft was grounded and the 100 hour inspection was performed. It was not mine nor the company's intention to willfully violate the far's pertaining to this matter. This incident was simply an honest mistake and was corrected upon its discovery.
