Narrative:
Had received point out on cpr X at FL190 sebound. I was talking to air carrier Y at FL200 over pmm landing ord. Momentarily forgetting about cpr X, I cleared air carrier Y to descend to 17000. Once air carrier Y left FL200 it was too late to maintain 5 mi lateral separation.

Narrative: HAD RECEIVED POINT OUT ON CPR X AT FL190 SEBOUND. I WAS TALKING TO ACR Y AT FL200 OVER PMM LNDG ORD. MOMENTARILY FORGETTING ABOUT CPR X, I CLRED ACR Y TO DSND TO 17000. ONCE ACR Y LEFT FL200 IT WAS TOO LATE TO MAINTAIN 5 MI LATERAL SEPARATION.
