Narrative:

Upon leveling off at intermediate altitude of 25000 ft, en route from clt to ord, 200 NM southeast flm in an area of moderate turbulence, the altitude was exceeded by 400 ft to 25400 ft with an immediate correction back to 25000 ft. ATC inquired about our altitude. Our response was that we are level at 25000 ft which we were when questioned. Another aircraft was at 26000 ft targeted by ATC.
