Narrative:

An 180 degree turn was required after landing on runway 16 at drake field, fayetteville, ar. It is a 100 ft wide runway and the turning radius listed in the fcom is 72.1 ft. This is a wheel locked radius. Tower requested a 'no brake locked turn.' full nose wheel steering was used and nose wheel locked in an overctr position during the turn. I was unable to return steering to neutral so I stopped on the runway. Airport was closed for 10 mins while maintenance action freed wheel. Taxied clear under own power.

Title: CLOSED ARPT RWY BY ACFT WITH EQUIP PROBLEM.

Narrative: AN 180 DEG TURN WAS REQUIRED AFTER LNDG ON RWY 16 AT DRAKE FIELD, FAYETTEVILLE, AR. IT IS A 100 FT WIDE RWY AND THE TURNING RADIUS LISTED IN THE FCOM IS 72.1 FT.
