Narrative:

Air carrier X on approach to landing at cleveland hopkins I had already had 3 different runway assignments with the final one being runway 23R with clearance to land. After landing while I was rolling out, tower asked me to turn left when able and cross runway 23L then call ground. As I turned left and was about to cross the left, I noticed air carrier Y on very short final. I stopped the plane 15 ft short of the runway and informed ground I was holding here clear of the runway. At that point they made air carrier Y go around. I was reclred to taxi across the left and told to call tower. I talked to the controller and supervisor and explained I thought air carrier Y was too close to safely cross. They said air carrier Y had to go around because I was across the hold line. I explained I didn't see air carrier Y until I was at a 90 degree angle to the runway. The hold line is close to runway 23R because of the short distance between the 2 runways. After my explanation the supervisor said there was no problem.
