Narrative:

Log sheet dated 2\wed\92 page number 123 written up for cabin door light inoperative was indeed fixed, however, not signed off. We flew the aircraft on 2/92 6 days after the write up. During the preflight captain and myself checked the logbook for any write ups, however, we only went back 5 days prior to the mon of feb. Missing the write up stated above. To prevent a recurrence to this situation the crew should check all log sheets on board the aircraft.
