Narrative:

Captain stated 'plan on making it in.' 4 aircraft had previously missed approach at that airport. I made standard company call outs 1000, 500, 100 above ph. As first officer I called out DH, airport not in sight. Captain descent to 100 fell below DH and made 30 degree bank to the landing runway. He also landed half way down the runway. Factor affecting low on fuel.
