Flying downwind at traffic pattern altitude exercising landing procedure -- mixture, RPM, gas, suddenly noticed other aircraft crossing ahead. Continued base then final -- flaps and flared -- suddenly realized no wheels down -- too late! Little body damage, propeller damaged.
