Jax center, frequency 118.82. At FL370, cleared us to FL330 within 40 mi. Approximately 100 mi south of orf, northbound from mia- phl. Upon passing FL360, center says to me 'air carrier xy turn left immediately to 330 degrees, climb and maintain FL370.' I disconnected the autoplt, turned and climbed immediately. At the same time TCASII advised 'traffic, traffic.' I asked what happened? Center said 'sorry, computer glitch. The computer didn't see traffic at 350.'
