Narrative:
Upon raising gear handle during takeoff, several caution and warning lights, including essential power master warning light, illuminated, and first officer's CADC #1 instruments failed. Abnormal procedure in accordance with operating manual were performed. An emergency was declared, approximately 7500 pounds of fuel dumped, and a normal landing was made at newark.

Title: A RETURN LAND SITUATION DEVELOPS WHEN ACR LGT HAD AN ACFT EQUIP PROBLEM ON LIFT OFF.
Narrative: UPON RAISING GEAR HANDLE DURING TKOF, SEVERAL CAUTION AND WARNING LIGHTS, INCLUDING ESSENTIAL PWR MASTER WARNING LIGHT, ILLUMINATED, AND FO'S CADC #1 INSTS FAILED. ABNORMAL PROC IN ACCORDANCE WITH OPERATING MANUAL WERE PERFORMED. AN EMER WAS DECLARED, APPROX 7500 POUNDS OF FUEL DUMPED, AND A NORMAL LNDG WAS MADE AT NEWARK.
