Narrative:

While on final approach to martin state airport an unknown cream colored small aircraft entered the air traffic area and passed over my aircraft from the 1 O'clock position to the 7 O'clock position approximately 25 ft above my aircraft. The unknown aircraft had no position lights or landing lights and did not talk to the tower. Baltimore approach reported that the aircraft was not indicating a transponder code and they reported it dropped off radar 5 mi west of martin state airport. The only place it could have gone was essex sky park 5 mi southwest of martin. It was dark but my landing light lit up the under side of the aircraft, and there was no visible identifiers, only a cream color bottom. Both the tower at martin and bwi were advised as soon as it happened.
