Narrative:
After level off at 10000 ft, I was asked to turn from 240 degrees to 270 degrees. TCASII had just given TA. I looked at TCASII and began to turn at the same time. As I turned I began to climb slowly to 10400. Altimeter alert sounded as I began my descent back to 10000 ft. TCASII alert distracted me somewhat.

Title: ACR WDB ALTDEV EXCURSION FROM CLRNC ALT ON DEP CLB FROM DFW.
Narrative: AFTER LEVEL OFF AT 10000 FT, I WAS ASKED TO TURN FROM 240 DEGS TO 270 DEGS. TCASII HAD JUST GIVEN TA. I LOOKED AT TCASII AND BEGAN TO TURN AT THE SAME TIME. AS I TURNED I BEGAN TO CLB SLOWLY TO 10400. ALTIMETER ALERT SOUNDED AS I BEGAN MY DSCNT BACK TO 10000 FT. TCASII ALERT DISTRACTED ME SOMEWHAT.
