Narrative:
While being radar vectored by bos center for an approach to isp we were notified of traffic at 1 O'clock opposite direction descending to 11000 ft. We were level at 10000. At the same time we got visual contact, we got a TA followed by a RA to descend. We immediately descended to 9500 where we got a clear of conflict and then returned to 10000. The entire incident was less than 2 mins.
