Narrative:

At FL310 other widebody transport Y was observed approaching from 4-5 O'clock position at our assigned altitude on a direct collision course. At the same time visual contact was made, and decision to divert was started. At the same time our TCASII voice called, 'traffic, traffic, climb, climb.' the other widebody transport Y apparently did not see us, because they did not try to divert nor report traffic to control. There was another widebody transport above us and in a position slightly ahead of us, to our right, on same track we were on. As we followed the TCASII instruction to climb, we also had to turn right to avoid climbing into other widebody transport. The problem was caused by the controller vectoring the other widebody transport Y to cross supposedly behind us without enough spacing. I still can't figure out why the other widebody transport Y crew did not see us and stop their turn or say something to the controller as the WX was VFR.

Title: ACR WDB HAD TCASII RA ON XING TFC, ALSO A VISUAL ON SAME AND CLBED AND TURNED TO AVOID CONFLICT.

Narrative: AT FL310 OTHER WDB Y WAS OBSERVED APCHING FROM 4-5 O'CLOCK POS AT OUR ASSIGNED ALT ON A DIRECT COLLISION COURSE. AT THE SAME TIME VISUAL CONTACT WAS MADE, AND DECISION TO DIVERT WAS STARTED. AT THE SAME TIME OUR TCASII VOICE CALLED, 'TFC, TFC, CLB, CLB.' THE OTHER WDB Y APPARENTLY DID NOT SEE US, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT TRY TO DIVERT NOR RPT TFC TO CTL. THERE WAS ANOTHER WDB ABOVE US AND IN A POS SLIGHTLY AHEAD OF US, TO OUR R, ON SAME TRACK WE WERE ON. AS WE FOLLOWED THE TCASII INSTRUCTION TO CLB, WE ALSO HAD TO TURN R TO AVOID CLBING INTO OTHER WDB. THE PROBLEM WAS CAUSED BY THE CTLR VECTORING THE OTHER WDB Y TO CROSS SUPPOSEDLY BEHIND US WITHOUT ENOUGH SPACING. I STILL CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY THE OTHER WDB Y CREW DID NOT SEE US AND STOP THEIR TURN OR SAY SOMETHING TO THE CTLR AS THE WX WAS VFR.
