Narrative:
While being radar vectored to the visual approach for runway 19 at ksna, we had 3 TCASII RA's within a couple of mins. The volume of the TCASII voice and all the commands by the TCASII made it impossible to hear ATC. I believe we missed some communication with ATC. Also, the TCASII volume makes it hard to communicate within the cockpit. Note: both pilots had headsets on. The TCASII system should have fewer voice commands and after initial command, be a lower volume.

Title: FO RPTING PROTESTS VOLUME OF TCASII COMMANDS. CTLR TRANSMISSIONS LOST ACCOUNT OVERRIDE OF TCASII.
Narrative: WHILE BEING RADAR VECTORED TO THE VISUAL APCH FOR RWY 19 AT KSNA, WE HAD 3 TCASII RA'S WITHIN A COUPLE OF MINS. THE VOLUME OF THE TCASII VOICE AND ALL THE COMMANDS BY THE TCASII MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO HEAR ATC. I BELIEVE WE MISSED SOME COM WITH ATC. ALSO, THE TCASII VOLUME MAKES IT HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITHIN THE COCKPIT. NOTE: BOTH PLTS HAD HEADSETS ON. THE TCASII SYS SHOULD HAVE FEWER VOICE COMMANDS AND AFTER INITIAL COMMAND, BE A LOWER VOLUME.
