Narrative:

I took over departure radar. I had 9 aircraft at the time. One of the aircraft experienced an electrical failure, thus causing his automated data tag to drop off the scope. At this time the loss of data went unnoticed by me. And I allowed the aircraft to enter philadelphia's airspace without coordination.

Narrative: I TOOK OVER DEP RADAR. I HAD 9 ACFT AT THE TIME. ONE OF THE ACFT EXPERIENCED AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE, THUS CAUSING HIS AUTOMATED DATA TAG TO DROP OFF THE SCOPE. AT THIS TIME THE LOSS OF DATA WENT UNNOTICED BY ME. AND I ALLOWED THE ACFT TO ENTER PHILADELPHIA'S AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD.
