Narrative:
I was working a satellite radar position at phl. In a 4-5 min span, I talked to approximately 13 aircraft, making 4 transmissions to 1 VFR aircraft and 5 transmissions to another VFR aircraft. I released an light transport off of ttn runway 34 that needed to climb and go south. I released an small transport Y off of pne runway 33 that needed to climb north at the same time I had an small aircraft X 7 northwest of nxx southwest at 5000 with an mdt 12 south of small aircraft X, nebound at 5000. I climbed the light transport off of ttn to 5000 and turned him wbound. I descended the small aircraft X to 3000 and observed him out of 5000. I climbed the small transport Y runway heading to 4000 because of the light transport at 5000 and thinking the small aircraft X would be at 3000 ft. At that time I was distraction by 2 VFR aircraft that I needed to make several transmissions to. By this time I notice the small transport Y level at 4000 and the small aircraft X descending out of 4000. I turned the small aircraft X to avoid the small transport Y and climbed the small transport Y to 5000.

Title: SATELLITE RADAR CTLR WORKING MODERATE TFC DSNDED AN SMA THROUGH ALT OF AN SMT WITH LTSS.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING A SATELLITE RADAR POS AT PHL. IN A 4-5 MIN SPAN, I TALKED TO APPROX 13 ACFT, MAKING 4 TRANSMISSIONS TO 1 VFR ACFT AND 5 TRANSMISSIONS TO ANOTHER VFR ACFT. I RELEASED AN LTT OFF OF TTN RWY 34 THAT NEEDED TO CLB AND GO S. I RELEASED AN SMT Y OFF OF PNE RWY 33 THAT NEEDED TO CLB N AT THE SAME TIME I HAD AN SMA X 7 NW OF NXX SW AT 5000 WITH AN MDT 12 S OF SMA X, NEBOUND AT 5000. I CLBED THE LTT OFF OF TTN TO 5000 AND TURNED HIM WBOUND. I DSNDED THE SMA X TO 3000 AND OBSERVED HIM OUT OF 5000. I CLBED THE SMT Y RWY HDG TO 4000 BECAUSE OF THE LTT AT 5000 AND THINKING THE SMA X WOULD BE AT 3000 FT. AT THAT TIME I WAS DISTR BY 2 VFR ACFT THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE SEVERAL TRANSMISSIONS TO. BY THIS TIME I NOTICE THE SMT Y LEVEL AT 4000 AND THE SMA X DSNDING OUT OF 4000. I TURNED THE SMA X TO AVOID THE SMT Y AND CLBED THE SMT Y TO 5000.
